Starting Floral Costs
Costs outlined below are average starting costs for Noonan’s Designs style of floral design with flowers that are studio uses commonly in our work. We work with local growers and top wholesalers to source the best blooms for our clients, and with over 20 years in the industry we love being able to serve you, the top sources to make each event specialized. Unique blooms, speciality designs and installations will see elevated costs, but here’s a little glimpse into our average cost of items.
Bridal Bouquet: $400-$600
Bridesmaids Bouquets: $90-$200

Full Service Weddings & Events
A 35% service fee is applied to all full-service wedding and event floral proposals. This fee covers the many behind-the-scenes elements required to bring your floral design to life, including:
Design consultation and planning
Custom floral sourcing and ordering
Visual proposals and design development
Vessel and container rentals from our inventory
Floral processing and production
Delivery and professional installation of all ceremony and reception florals
On-site styling by Katie Noonan and her team
For our full-service weddings, clients should anticipate a minimum floral investment of $18,000. This minimum allows us to dedicate the appropriate design time, staffing, and resources required to execute our signature floral aesthetic. We accept only one full-service event per day so that each client receives our full attention and care.
Multiple Venue Ceremonies & Reception Locations
When a wedding ceremony and reception take place at separate venues, an additional logistics and staffing fee may apply.
Multiple-location events require additional transportation coordination, setup timing, and staffing to ensure installations are completed seamlessly at both venues.
The fee varies depending on:
Distance between ceremony and reception venues
Scope of the ceremony installation
Number of team members required for setup
Timeline logistics between ceremony and reception
Whether ceremony florals will be transferred and repurposed for the reception
When requested, our team can carefully transfer select ceremony florals to the reception space so they can be repurposed as part of the overall design.Our goal is to ensure a smooth transition between locations while maintaining the integrity and presentation of your floral installations.
Elopements & Intimate Weddings & Events
(Under 50 guests) 25% Service Fee
For small weddings looking for a handful of beautiful curated floral items. The minimum for these events, starts at $8,000. Applicable for San Luis Obispo County events only.
Pick-Up at Studio
There is no minimum for these “a la carte” orders and no service fee. If you just need bridal bouquet, boutonnieres, or limited amount of small arrangements, we can create these for you to be picked up from our studio in San Luis Obispo, if the date is available for our studio. We do not guarantee our designs and life of flowers once they leave the studio doors, as transportation and set-up is up to the client.
